The challenge
New Era Digital is an SEO agency, and its own website was working against it. The site I first built for them in 2022 had become slow and no longer looked like the agency they had grown into.
Speed was the biggest problem. Prospects judge an SEO agency by its own website, and a slow site sends the wrong message before the first call.
The solution
Sarah Jane’s team designed every page in Figma. I rebuilt the site from zero in Elementor V4, the new Atomic Editor, matching the designs exactly while keeping it lightweight, responsive and SEO-structured.
With JetEngine, I made case studies, projects and blog posts dynamic, so the team publishes new content themselves. The forms were set up and tested, and the site was secured.
Background
New Era Digital is an SEO and digital marketing agency in Ireland, founded by Sarah Jane Vincent. We have worked together for several years, and I have built websites for many of their clients.
I built the agency’s own website in 2022. By 2026 it had fallen behind: it was slow, and it no longer looked like the agency they had become. When Elementor released Version 4 with its new Atomic Editor, it was the right moment to start again.
My approach
Speed came first. Instead of patching the old site, I started from zero, so nothing slow or outdated was carried over.
The client’s Figma designs were the single source of truth. I matched every page exactly, so Sarah Jane got the site she had approved, not an approximation of it.
I planned SEO structure for every page before building it: one clear main heading, a logical order of sub-headings and search-friendly URLs. Every layout was built mobile-first, because most prospects arrive on a phone.
What I built
The finished website has 46 pages:
- Services: SEO packages, SEO audits, AI SEO, local SEO, Google Ads, conversion rate optimisation, web design and eCommerce web design.
- Industries: B2B, SaaS, healthcare, trades, construction, manufacturing, startups and small business.
- Locations: local SEO pages for the areas the agency serves.
- Results: case studies, web design portfolio and testimonials.
- Company and contact: about, why choose us, our approach, free consultation booking and contact.
Using JetEngine, I made case studies, projects and blog posts dynamic. The team adds a new entry from the dashboard, and it appears on the right listing page with a consistent design.
I set up and tested the enquiry and consultation forms, and added security to protect the site and its forms.
The results
I measured the live homepage with Google PageSpeed Insights on 8 November 2026:
- Mobile: 98/100 performance, 100/100 SEO, 100/100 best practices. The main content appears in 1.9 seconds.
- Desktop: 99/100 performance and 100/100 SEO. The main content appears in 0.8 seconds.
- No layout jumping: layout shift is close to zero on both mobile and desktop.
The content system is working too. Since launch, the team has published 13 case studies, 8 portfolio projects and 15 blog posts themselves.
An SEO agency’s website is now proof of its own work: fast, well structured and easy for prospects to act on.
Lessons and next steps
Starting from zero was the right call. A fresh build on Elementor V4 gave speed results that patching the old site could not.
Next, I would raise the accessibility score from 92 to 100 by fixing the colour-contrast and link-label points PageSpeed flags. As the agency publishes more case studies and articles, the dynamic setup will let the site grow without a redesign.
