Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Wasiq Khan (“I”, “me”) to you (“the client”). By approving a quote, paying an invoice or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and scope

Each project is based on a written quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

2. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch or handover. Larger projects may be split into milestones. Monthly plans (such as maintenance and SEO) are billed in advance each month. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work may be paused on overdue invoices.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access (hosting, domain, accounts) in good time. Delays in providing these may move the timeline. You confirm that you have the rights to any content, images and trademarks you provide.

4. Revisions

Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes after approval may be charged at an agreed rate.

5. Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website, its content and design files created specifically for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images and software remain subject to their own licences. I may show the completed work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

6. Hosting, third-party services and AI

Hosting, domains, premium plugins, AI services and other third-party tools are billed by their providers unless included in your quote. I am not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes by third-party providers. AI tools may occasionally produce inaccurate output; they are configured carefully and tested, but should be monitored by you.

7. Support and maintenance

Post-launch support covers fixes for issues in work I delivered, for the period stated in your quote. Ongoing updates, backups and changes are covered by maintenance plans. Problems caused by changes made by others, plugin or server updates outside my plans, or hosting issues are not covered by free support.

8. Results

I always work to the best professional standards, but I cannot guarantee specific search rankings, AI mentions, traffic, conversions or sales, as these depend on many factors outside my control.

9. Confidentiality

I keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services. An NDA is available on request.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, which is why regular backups are strongly recommended.

11. Cancellation

Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing month.
